RETURN POLICY

At YOKSH ,  your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund or issue store credit as per your preference.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please raise an exchange request within 10  days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as innerwear, sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  2. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.

  3. Once approved, please ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect
